Services require upfront payment unless stated otherwise.
Fees are non-refundable except where our refund policy applies.
Overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination.
Prices may change with notice.
Refunds are available only on eligible hosting plans.
Domains, dedicated servers, and software licenses are non-refundable.
You may not use PixelPress services for:
Spam or unsolicited email
Malware, phishing, or illegal content
DDoS attacks or hacking activities
Hosting copyrighted material without permission
Adult content (if prohibited on your plan)
Excessive resource usage that impacts server health
Violation may result in immediate suspension.
Excessive use of CPU, RAM, I/O, or bandwidth may require service limitation, upgrading, or migration to a more suitable plan.
PixelPress targets 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance or issues outside our control may affect uptime.
We perform routine backups, but you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. PixelPress is not liable for data loss.
We provide 24/7 support via call, email, and chat.
Support includes hosting-related tasks but not advanced development or coding services.
Domains follow ICANN rules.
All domain purchases are non-refundable.
You must renew domains before expiration.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate Terms, fail to pay invoices, or engage in harmful activities.
PixelPress is not liable for:
Loss of profits or revenue
Loss of data or business interruption
Misuse of services
Any indirect or consequential damages
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 12 months.
You agree to indemnify PixelPress for any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through the legal system in Bangladesh.
